The Fire Within
The magical fire within us which is the seed of divinity has been described in many ways. Some see it as violet, some as golden, some with a red rose, all sacred writings speak of this flame in some way. In Greek mythology there is always a torch bearer with a flame. The alchemist speak of the four elements of earth, air, fire and water. Fire is in the ancient doctrines of Christians, Chinese, Hebrews, and Mayans, as being a symbol of divinity In Christianity, fire has been a symbol of religious zeal and martyrdom. In Egypt it has represented superiority and control. The first man on earth was a wandering thoughtless creature. He began to emerge as a thinking when he was given the “accidental” discovery of fire. Or was there a greater force leading the way.
St Germain tells us about the violet flame “The violet flame revitalizes and invigorates us and changes negative energy into positive energy. By transforming negative thoughts and feelings, the violet flame provides a platform for our healing.”
The great archangel Melchizedek is connected to the ring of fire. As Manly P Hall states”“This ring of invisible flame is the eternal fire, the spark from the Infinite Wheel, the birthless, deathless, eternal center which includes within itself all that it has ever been, all that it is, and all that it ever shall be. This germ dwells in the state Eternity, for to this immortal spark time is illusionary, distance is nonexistent, joy and sorrow are unknown, for concerning its function and consciousness all that can be said is that “It is.” While other things come and go, It is.”
Many cultures view fire as a symbol of wisdom and knowledge. The alchemists speak of the fire. Across civilizations there is one thing in common and that is there is a seed of divinity in all of us. We must become aware of it but, more importantly always watch our actions, words and deeds so that we can be a torchbearer ourselves. To find your flame may be apart of your journey but, to evolve to using it correctly is an even greater challenge. Remember you were told as a child not to play with fire. Fire is not to be played with. It is a serious link to your divinity.
There are four elements: earth, air, fire and water. Fire signs in astrology are Aries, Leo, Sagitarius
The concept of fire is constantly repeated. When a fire burns that which is burning does not disappear but, it does change to an unrecognizable form or ash. It is not gone.
According to the alchemists there are four grades of fire. These were classified from the grossest (most material) to the subtlest (most spiritual). The grades were called Elementary Fire, Secret Fire, Central Fire, and Celestial Fire. To evolve to the most refined and purest grade of fire we must go thru each of the prior steps or stages. Each one of these stages brings with us an evolving vibration and tone. We carry each based on our spiritual level and each is important in our acts of service on a daily basis. One can be just as important and helpful as the next.
I believe it is also our flame which we must share and carry with us on a daily basis. Carry and share is the key. Our illumination or flame of learning is not just for us but for the evolution of humanity. Each one us us that finds the flame within raises the vibration of humanity and brings all closer to achieving the change that will be inevitable. Will we be ready. Can you take your place as a light bearer or Guardian Of The Light? Do you accept the challenge? You bring yourself closer to meeting that challenge in your thoughts, actions and words every day. Have your own sacred place to recharge. Many light bearers will be needed. The more light bearers there are radiating this flame of goodness the stronger the flame will be.
